The Model BC100 is a pH paperless recorder that can easily be mounted anywhere to record pH of wastewater outflows, wastewater treatment reactions for cyanide destruction, chrome reduction metal precipitation or pH adjustment. This model has customizable recording scale with an accuracy of 0.1 pH unit.
The pH controller with two-output relays for controlling acid or alkaline metering pumps. Has a 7 - inch HMI (Human Machine Interface) 4- touch screen (pH display, pH setpoints for metering pumps, pH verses time chart, Alarm screen). Each screen has user data input and output. Optional is the pH controller also can datalog pH verses time with replaceable Ultra CompactFlash cards or ethernet connections that can record for a minimum of 6 months. The ability to send alarms via through gmail. The Din rail mounted transmitter allow the operator to calibrate the transmitter at 7.0 and 10.0 pH buffer solutions. The pH sensor is completely isolated from the environment within a 3/4 inch flexible PVC conduit. The instrument is designed to be used within heavy use industrial environments. The NEMA 4X includes clear lockable enclosure. All electrical connections are installed from the bottom of the enclosure.
